I understand, and he's not here anymore for me to say it.

It's not a question being able to wait it out. If they do arrive, I want to protect them. I'm glad there's no Dark Hour, and that piece of my life is over. In some ways, it gave me meaning, and it still does. I think I earned a lot more than that. What was worth fighting for, what was worth dedicating myself and training for.
It just makes me think.
