Well, that was a nice break from the monotony. Though, no one died.

Seen plenty of battles in my time. Never seen people who could do things like that. I don't condone it, of course. My taste buds never matured to such violence.

I suppose I'm accustomed to it. It was quite an honor seeing my students fight for what they believed in, even if I wasn't amused.

I could take issue with that statement, but this doesn't seem to be the same Death I operated under.

It's quite nice, in my opinion. I've been to many places, but ah, to rest, finally, with my burdens released! it's something I never quite thought could be obtained. My roommate is very cute; my students are apt, youthful, and lively. I could go for better wine, but that will get better with time.

So even that is unfamiliar to you? That is discouraging...

We seem to be in, more or less, the same boat. I will not rest until my burdens are here with me, though. Out of sight, out of mind doesn't sit well with me. And yes, the wine could stand for some improvement, but the whiskey is fine.

I try not to think of it too much. Still waiting to see if this Death works under the same modes. I don't watch the fights for the wanton violence, you see.

If my burden was still my own, I would be in the same position as you. The best of luck to you in finding it.
