I imagine that I should have done this sooner, but I've been hoping that things would remain calm for a while after these journals were released to the public. It's only an unfortunate circumstance that we have once again received a violent display today. As a member of the police force in this portion of Babylon, let me assure you that there were no injuries outside of the assailant and he has been reprimanded. I've contacted individuals above me to look into changing the allotted chances before someone is locked away. If an incident like this were ten times worse and only happened once, the end results are unbelievable.

I've failed to introduce myself in all that. My name is Yagami Raito, but you're free to call me Raito at any time. I've been here in Babylon since very soon after the portal became used regularly.
