Wellll you're friends with Keller, right? I've been saving up to maybe buy a warehouse, turn that contest we ran into a regular thing, have some training equipment available (more street fighter than Sensei's kung fu stuff.) So I mean, you could buy a car, or we could get all co-conspiratory... think it over!
