001.

...well, it's definitely better than spheres, I will give it that. More accesible. Easier to integrate. Less fuzzy lines and Al Bhed yelling.

Although in defense of Al Bheds in general, that was mostly Brother doing the yelling. Or sometimes Gippal or Rikku, but then it was usually them yelling at Brother, so I suppose it all balances out.

It's strange to think of a journal as something so public, though. The only comparison I have is the one still locked in my desk drawer back home in Spira, and that was most definitely not for public analysis. That is, if it even exists at all. Three months and I still don't think I'm used to being, well.....fictional.

I suppose it will do me some good to talk to something that doesn't have four legs, at any rate. Go down that road much longer and I would have qualified for the dome's first crazy man.

You've gotta think of it as more like a log for a starship, that Captain Kirk'd use to let everyone know what on the ship were important goings-on.

He's a pretend leader... uhh, a fictional character, like the rest of us. He flew spaceships. But he's not here! I used to watch him on TV, he made the best Captain.. Though Picard was pretty good in X-Men, though of course that wasn't actually Picard. Anyway, the point was they recorded their lives so that other people would know anything important that had been going on and so they had a memory of what they'd been doing. Except that was ship's log and this is from the government!
