This is your awesome prosecutor from your local police department reminding all would-be criminal masterminds, deprived sociopaths, and other soon-to-be world conquerers that being under the influence is not a valid excuse for terrorizing half the city. We probably don't allow hearing voices or random homicidal urges either.

Coffee should be served pure and pitch black. If it isn't as bitter as defeat and as dark as night sky, it's not worth drinking.
