Even training like I have been, I thought I would stand a better chance against my opponents in the tournament. However, I'm not surprised that I was eventually knocked out. I'm very pleased to have been involved, even if I would have liked to do better.

It did help with the release of tension! That's been a bit of a problem at work lately. I guess it's to be expected.
