I apologize for not mentioning this sooner, but more information came in and I needed to find more grounding. It sounded as if it would be a better idea to put off making another entry while we waited to see until the water problem faded away, especially since there may be several individuals not thinking clearly. Now that you are, I would like to redirect your attention to this entry.

That said, I have decided that I would like to move toward a change in Babylon. Elections may be the best course of action at this time, and if Petrelli chooses to run and gains the confidence vote, then he may maintain his position. As for an opponent, we will discuss this in the meeting. It will have to be someone with a good reputation with the interests of Babylon in mind.

Furthermore, I would like to speak to the owners of the businesses in Babylon. I am interested in knowing what you feel about a possible change. I know some of the business owners are on here, but there are also some who were here before we arrived. I'll be taking up the task of contacting those individuals on my own.

The real purpose of this entry is to announce the meeting. It will be Monday evening, at 7 PM, in room 308 of Aquarius. That is the apartment that I share with Allelujah Haptism. He'll be arranging dinner for the evening. I should hope that you will comment if you are planning on coming to this dinner, especially if you are interested in change.
