How does one soothe a fussy baby who has already been fed, bathed, and changed? She appears healthy, but remains restless no matter what I do.

From what I understand, they often find the motion comforting, as well as the sound of your heart if you hold it to your chest.

You could try rocking it gently? That usually helped my little sisters.

Yes. Sometimes the motion of a car puts them to sleep too but I guess we don't have one of those.
