I doubt the government or the parents will allow any of them to be returned before the time is up. I am certain that things were fully explained, and that neither parties intend to change their minds. Arguing about it will only hurt the children.

The child was placed in my care. Near's role is to be of assistance, but I can do this alone. If anyone is going to be making decisions regarding this situation, it should be me.
