Mandatory community service what.

THAT'S why I'm glad I'm not in school.

Apparently anybody who doesn't show up gets expelled? I mean, okay, I can get that they want us to ~*~be good citizens~*~ or whatever, but what the hell.

I don't know whether to laugh or bang my head into the wall.

It might just be the child they've given me, but I'm leaning toward the latter.

They haven't dropped one off here yet. It should be, uh, interesting when they do.

Maybe it's the future's shitty way of allowing child neglect cases.

No matter what the motivation, I'm still not particularly comfortable with this new program. But of course, I've begun to get used to that feeling since my arrival here.

Not hard to get used to it. Doesn't make me any less pissed off.

This government does not know how to handle its citizens.

No kidding.

It's really weird. At home I hardly ever thought about the government, you know? It was just kind of there. Existing.

And here every day it's like "I WONDER WHAT BUREAUCRATIC ADVENTURES WE SHALL HAVE TODAY."

Even though I did think a lot about the government at home, I feel the same way. In a lot of ways, procedures there were run better than this.

I just keep thinking what the hell, I wasn't supposed to have to worry about government crap until I was at least twenty.

Under normal circumstances, I suppose you wouldn't have to, yes.

I wouldn't say I lived in normal circumstances, but my evil twin brother trying to take over the seven seas with a crazy mermaid princess and a bunch of sea monsters isn't really the right kind of abnormal, so!

I think when I got here they said it was a shoujo manga or something.

Which kinda figures.

Ohhhh my god I know. In full school uniform, what kinda bs is this? It's like juvie except we're not criminals.
