Is it that time already? I'd forgotten all about the week when the babies are sent to Aquarius.

I must admit, I'm not cut out for this sort of activity. I have yet to develop any shred of maternal instinct. Doumoto-kun, I would think that you aren't very experienced with taking care of children, either. It seems that the government is rather careless with young lives. Well, it isn't news.
