I think unless you're planning to build a nursery, they generally would frown on it.

Uh, if you get the go ahead, I know a carpenter-slash-renovation-type-person! His depth perception isn't amazing but he makes up for it with his sassy joining and classy window frame repair.

Maybe if you ask they'll let you. I mean don't they have an entire other building being built? Then again the kinds of people in charge of this stuff aren't really known for being generous.
