I must admit, I don't usually expect to have unconscious boys delivered to my door. My thanks to the anonymous benefactor who left him there; he's quite recovered now. Next time perhaps you will know to take him to his own room, which is on the first floor of an entirely different building. Hopefully the eighteen samurai who did the damage are similarly recovering from their own wounds which I am assured are numerous.


Waffles are odd, and the people in the Dome are also - decidedly moreso in person, as I discovered at Sofer's little gathering yesterday.


Despite the fact that I have promised innumerable young ladies dances, I don't actually have an escort to the ball. My room-mate has already been asked, which is to be expected of such a wonderful girl - though of course, if she doesn't have the finest time possible I will likely be strongly dissatisfied. As I am not interested in throwing myself to the whims of a matchmaking service; are there any young ladies in dire need of a date? I promise I will be an utter gentleman, and you would be under no obligation to spend time with me past the front door.

If we could win her to our cause... well, perhaps it's easier to point her in the direction we want mayhem and let her loose. She seems like she might be receptive to our ideals, especially if we could make her believe she thought of them first. On the other hand, should talking to her not work, I am sure there are other canny people who do not want insane, strong women around.
