I've always thought people deserved second chances. Guess this is mine. The powerful play goes on and all that. Also, the food's pretty good! No smoking, though, that's rough. What's the school like?

See when I heard about this government handout deal, I sort of wondered to myself how Charlie would get along without his money, but I guess now I know the answer.
