Well, I don't know about this world's population problem, but I've got my own tasks awaiting me at home, and I cannot be kept from them any longer. I've already been away too long. I need to get back immediately.

Additionally, the bedding they've provided me with is... "sub-par" does not even begin to cover it. Really, what is the thread count on these sheets? They look and feel like they were made in a poorly managed sweatshop.

Lilly and Mac's here and it's great. I have nothing to complain about, right? Even if I feel like I don't really know what to do around here. Maybe just starting something would make it feel worthwhile even if there's no real need. Nathan Petrelli's campaign is interesting enough and I'd like to get to the bottom of this as much, if not more, as anyone, his way of doing things just doesn't seem like that much better. I could offer help anyway, I guess.

I never took my A levels, and I never really expected to go to University, but I'm getting so bored of the routine here I'm thinking I just might. As much fun as I'm having working at Remix, it's getting a bit, well. Tired.

I've got no clue about science half the time, but I had been learning. More on alien stuff, but I guess if I can work out how to pilot the TARDIS I can do anything else.

You know, I think it's kind of stupid to think that all the media of this place, that all the weirdly translated and unfinished crap is all that's left in the world.

Obviously they had computers back before this big fucking war hit them, and presumably they also had huge geeks who spent all their time in front of computers playing 'Net Pirates, or hey, maybe even paranoid to store their entire collections in a bomb shelter or a safe deposit box or something that could actually survive nuclear warfare.

Anyway, I'm wondering if there's copies of our comic books out there somewhere, all minty fresh. I think Mr. Petrelli might find the Civil War an interesting read.

It's been four months, and still no sign of you. I won't give up hope that I'll find my way back to you, or that you'll find me here, though. I know we'll be together again.

Rikku is here with me now! Oh I missed her so much, and I'm really happy to see her again! ...But she doesn't remember our adventures that led me back to you. I haven't brought them up, but she gave me a sphere, one I already had. The sphere that started my whole journey. The one I thought was you, but now I know that isn't true.

I still have my sphere grids, and now I have two matching spheres of Shuin demanding to see Lenne. It's funny that I almost hope they show up here too, isn't it? Then they can have somewhere to live out their days happily, without the Machina War to tear them apart.

I've been really busy with work! They've had me picking up shifts, because one of the other waitresses has been very sick, lately. I don't mind, it's nice to have th extra work, and she really does need her rest, if she's going to get better!
