impressupon.livejournal.comWith the absence of several significant individuals, and the arrival of school on the horizon, I thought I should make another notice dictating that I am still interested in a change in Babylon. I imagine the individuals running this place cannot help circumstances like their weather machine breaking down, but I am disgusted by the number of events that have forced us to decide to breed, and the vagueness when it comes to circumstances like the arrival of the zombies and other problematic circumstances. I worry about our future here, as they do not let us live comfortably. What is the point of encouraging individuals to breed if they cannot even feel at home in their setting?
As it is, I am still interested in partaking in this change. I will do anything politically or economically to change Babylon. I've had meetings and several of you understand my leanings. I think we must first represent ourselves as individuals, regardless of the places we have come from, and then represent ourselves as deserving the independence they dangle in front of us. With time, I hope that we will be able to choose our own roommates and choose our own circumstances, but we must take this one step at a time. I refuse to make the same mistakes that Nathan Petrelli was led to make. He did his best with Babylon and he understood what was necessary, but it wasn't what worked out in the end. I refuse to follow his tactics, though he did see the necessity behind caution.
I have several suggestions to make regarding these changes, but I think it would be wise not to mention all of them here. I'll be holding a meeting in my apartment tomorrow evening. There will be food, but it won't be a meal, so I suggest eating before hand. If you are looking for a change here, you should come to see the plans I have drawn up to enact that change. If you would like to be one of the individuals who wants to make the change happen and would like to make a stand, I also request that you come. I am ... young, I admit, and I need the backing of those much wiser than I am. I'd greatly appreciate it.
I hope we can do what's best for us, Babylon. We've already made some errors, but it's not too late to reverse our actions.
