That's not our responsibility. It's not that easy; it's harder here than it was back in NYC. A lot has changed. I want to help people, Peter, I do. But I can't take down every individual criminal who threatens the populace. You can't save the world one person at a time.

You can change the policies, though. Isn't that what you said you wanted to do? You have an issue with the government. This is the government's fault.

That's not a half-bad idea. It's been slow going getting as far as I have, there's no way they'd just let me step up, take over, start changing things. There's too much bureaucracy. But now that Parkman's here, maybe we could do this a little quicker.
