It's quite an amusing process. I can't help but back something with some artistic merit. I have a soft spot for the theatre. French theatre, moreso, but this musical will just have to fill the void.

The Arts are pretty threadbare here, it's true. I suppose the people who grew up in this environment don't know anything else. I didn't even know they had a theatre here.

It's something that happens when humanity is stuck near extinction. The arts are forgotten for survival, or possibly enhanced, if you dig deep enough. At least Mr. Bialystock is quite the ... interesting fellow. At least to make this entire thing worth it.
