They need a better process of welcoming people into this world. I wonder if there are individuals who have not yet met the populace because of how they handled the welcoming process. When I came in, they ushered me into a room and gave me a detailed explanation, and insisted that I am, in fact, a "fake entity." I believe I even asked them what they meant by that, and they gave away a dictionary definition that had been altered slightly from past the time I come from. I was perturbed to find that they wouldn't answer my inquiries regarding unstable individuals coming through and how they may affect this place. The tests afterward led me to conclude that it does not matter if an individual can be classified as unstable, as long as they can aid in the population situation here. It is a wonder that when I picked up their paltry version of a newspaper that I did not see numerous reports for death, though I did see something about a registration process. I hardly think that will be successful.

As it is, I have just arrived at the room they provided me with. It is more spacious than my dormitory at Gekkoukan High, but I will need to work on making it my own. My roommate appears to have a rather interesting pet, and I don't believe that the coupons provided allow for those kinds of animals. I have no intention of getting a pet right now. I wasn't as close with Koromaru as the others, and I have quite a bit to do here.

There are three of us who have arrived. Currently, it's me, Amada, and Iori. There's no sign of Arisato, or any of the others. There's no Dark Hour, no Shadows. It's been pretty quiet.

I'm not surprised there isn't a Dark Hour here, but Iori may have found that a little difficult to adjust to.

Has there been no violence at all?

There were two publicized incidents. The first was one with a man named Mukuro. He possessed a handful of people and there was a large battle. A lot of people were hurt, but no one died. Iori and I aided in the transportation of the wounded.

The second incident was with a man named Kennit, who used a gun to shoot a woman named Coredila.

Both of the men were detained, but Mukuro was recently let out of jail on some technicality.

It's been rough for him, especially without Arisato.

It just goes to show that people make violence for themselves when there is none.

A few, I think; but the conversion hasn't been easy for him.

There are some people who prefer violence. Fortunately, we were lucky to deal with few of those during our personal quest.

I assume that none of them have worried about his grades. I'll be checking on them tomorrow when I stop in at the school.

It's even harder to tell who has a special power, and if they have violent motives. The government's made it mandatory to register special powers, but the records are unavailable to the public. I've been looking for a loophole.

That's unfortunate, but also understandable. It's private information like that which could fall into the wrong hands.

I see that you'll still be there, as well. I imagine they aren't so lenient on lunches off campus, or I would ask you to come with me for one.

After everything happened to us, I still wonder if it is.

I thought I'd acquaint myself with the education system. I have another three months. Maybe dinner would be better.

I would assume that they are desperate to offer some control. But after what happened with the Chairman, it would not surprise me if it could still end up in the wrong hands while being in the "right ones." For now, we won't worry about it. After all, we are mostly powerless without our Personas. I still do not know if I'll be able to find a rapier of some kind in this world. Such weapons seem unlikely to make it through nuclear catastrophes.

Dinner would be better. I am considering enrolling in the university, but I worry that their educational opportunities will not be much to my tastes.

You're right, it'd be for the best to keep it out of our minds for now. At least until there's a problem.

There is much to be desired. It's been easy to hold my GPA. I'm sure entering the university would be a breeze.

Considering that it is much too late, I will put it off for the time being. I would like to establish myself more here. Over the time between semesters, we can go through the course catalogue and make an educated decision about our future.
