After observing the records that we have, I'm proud to say that the registration is mostly complete. There are some individuals who chose not to comply and some whose abilities were much too vague, but we will be contacting these people as soon as possible. I'd rather not put their names on display right now.

I'd like to thank everyone for helping the evolving world here to the best of their abilities. The police force thanks you for helping make Babylon a safer place.
