But I figure I should open the floor for questions again; I've been practically flooded with requests for changes in Babylon and slowly but surely we're getting there, guys.

Question: A man tortures and mutilates an innocent and gets mysteriously released a month later, no harm, no foul. Another man barely fucking grazes someone who was tarnishing his name, and he gets over a month, plus community service and government-sponsored bullshit guidance. How's that work out? I'm genuinely curious.

See, in the case of the first man, unreliable testimony and lack of knowledge about the nature of the alleged criminal's abilities resulted in the police being unable to make charges stick.
