Yeah I think you're misunderstanding me. I know nothing private here is really private but he specified that it's the public stuff that's considered evidence. So I just wondered if that meant "private" parts of the network aren't admissible or something.

I suppose there's probably a law against that sort of thing, but there's a difference between what's supposed to be done and what actually is.
