Everyone's assuming it's Mukuro, but it's not. For some reason I really don't think the registry will turn up anything, so we should start looking around for people who know of powers like that.

Yeah. And a lot of them weren't even people with powers- a lot of them were from school, like Ryuuguu-san and Iori-san.
