My injuries were hardly comparable to the horrific experience remaining in that hospital was. However, it looks like there was some excitement while I was kept away. Some of the culpurits were even school-aged. Something really ought to be done to keep these children from acting out again. We need harsher punishments in this new world if we want to establish real order. Of course, I wouldn't say these things without a plan. Hibari, I'm returning to school. Spare me an hour of your time to hear something inventive I'd like us to carry out. Don't worry, of course, I'm fully prepared to handle the details. You're welcome to do as you do best; enforce order.

Uh see last time I talked about this on the journals I ended up in hospital. But I do want to be friends!

I know it's hard to wrap your mind around but there are a lot of people reading these who don't think killing is really really awesome and I don't want to end up in prison or with people I like disliking me just because you were over-curious.
