Ah, are you using the voice recognition software? It's really incredible, isn't it. Although I'm still getting used to it...

It is! I don't think I'll ever really get used to it, but I do appreciate it.

I'm the same way. I never used the internet much at home, and when I did I had someone to read it to me, so having to use this special software was a little embarrassing at first, like owning up to a weakness of some kind... but in the end, it's proved to be invaluable. Even though I tend to have difficulty keeping up with long comment threads.

I've never paid attention to the network before this. I guess now I have no excuse not to.

I'm not very good at participating on it, I suppose, but I do enjoy reading. Everyone is much more open on this thing than in classes!

Yeah, it's weird what people will write knowing full well that everyone can read it.

Ah, but it seems like the people who participate the most actively are the one who make the most friends, doesn't it? So perhaps it's just another form of communication and social building? I can't pretend to understand it.
