It seems that boredom is rampant in this society, and that people say and do meaningless things to alleviate this affliction. That is illogical. Rather than harassing others verbally when they are preoccupied, you should find an outlet for your aggressions. Since battle seems to be frowned upon here, you should focus efforts on obtaining the things that you want, such as this snow. The climate researchers may be able to assist you.
