Strangeness...

People are tense, doesn't take a psychic to feel it in the air. It's like a subtle, quiet cackling of energy all around us. I don't think it's people being on edge either, or the usual stuff that makes people tense...this feels like a collective tension that's affecting us all. I can feel it when it makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up and salute. I should probably poke around and see what I can find. Since I'm stuck here, I might as well try and be useful.

Hold on a sec, I'm not talking down to anyone. That's just how I talk, to everyone. I say "kid" affectionately, and if I was being condescending, you'd know it.
