Honestly now, zombies? Can one not spare a moment in order to gather more information without missing some utterly bizarre incident like an invasion of the undead? I daresay I wasn't so immersed in this search of mine that such a thing would come and go without my noticing it, although this hardly seems like an elaborate hoax. On the contrary, the undead seem to have left their mark... at others' expense, unfortunately. And they have my condolences, I assure you.

Indeed, this world has no problem bringing chaos upon itself. It needs no guidance from Above or Below.

Yeah, great conversation that'd be, "Oh hi there, how are you today. Brains, you say?" Nah, found someone else out for a stroll, we had a laugh, watched the mayhem.

Believe me, I tried for weeks. Then I thought, well, what am I going to do when I get an answer? I figure it's easier to just leave be for the moment. If they want us, they'll call us.

I can't help wondering if they can call us. But at the same time, I wonder if this isn't as much of a curse as it is a blessing.
