In our Tower, deep underground, there was still a Sky above it. Even though we were deep, and even though we didn't know what the Sky was, it was still there. That's enough to keep me going.

Do I keep running, even though I know that terrible things will happen? Should I stop, even though someone might hurt me again? I'm still a bird, even if I'm a bird in a cage.
