There have been rapid changes made in the police department since the loss of Yagami Raito. Ah, I've been asked to help out with public messages, but I believe Mr. Kiske will be doing these from now on. I've recently joined the force permanently and I hope to help everyone out, but I need to ask a few things!

- Curfew is still in effect. I'm not sure when they'll remove it, but please keep that in mind! Being out after hours will only force our hands. I'm not sure how fair it is, but it is the law.
- There have been reports of cigarette abuse. I'm not sure how factual these are, but the sales have increased. ... I'm also not sure why we're in charge of them, but do be careful!
- We request that all suspicions against the government be silenced until current unusual circumstances pass.
- If you have experienced a disappearance of a loved one, please come and file a report. There have been several notable losses, and we are doing our best to look into it.

We are doing patrols and maintaining the registry for the time being, but I have heard word that it may be abolished with the reorganization of the Babylon government. Ah, I probably shouldn't have mentioned this, but no one told me not to.
