I'd like to announce that I'm opening a dojo in one of the abandoned buildings near that nightclub. Anyone can join; I'm not teaching any specific forms of martial arts, and if you don't want to be taught you can also just come by and have a place to train. If you do want some kind of training, I can set something up for whatever you dish out.

It doesn't have a name or anything, but if anyone's interested, you're welcome to come by.
