Remember that time, Kairi? When we almost got off the island, and Sora and I had that race. It was right before we finished the raft, and I was sure we were gonna get off that stupid place. We had the race to get the papao fruit to share it with you. I was sure I'd win that, but now, I'm not so sure. I always thought I had a one-up on Sora, but things have changed. When we got back, I thought I had it all worked out, but I don't.

So that's why it's not that simple, Kairi. I'm pretty sure if we raced now, Sora'd get that, and that's how it's supposed to be. I'm just supposed to be the one racing him.
