I'm finding that I'm adapting fairly well to the...interesting environment here. I have a job that keeps me busy, a decent apartment, martial arts classes to keep in shape and there are plenty of fascinating characters and conversations to keep things fun. Who ever said I don't look on the bright side of life? Now if only there was more fruit...

You know, that's not a bad idea. I've never had much of a green thumb, but planting something makes me master of my own fruitful destiny. I like that. Thanks for the suggestion.
