In the event that this weather continues indefinitely, high school students will be expected to switch to their winter uniforms when the school year restarts. This will be enforced and there will be no exceptions made.

Additionally, Sawada Tsunayoshi, tell your roommate that if she values her life, she'll come out of hiding and explain to me where she's been. We have things to do, and I didn't choose to include her because I thought she was unreliable.
