Since my father and grandfather aren't just deceased but apparently never even existed, and I haven't got any kids, it seems a little stupid to call the place 'Gray and Sons'. So-- if I was going to open a shop for restoring timepieces, what would I call it instead?

I would call it Amok Time, but you should really only go with that if Kirk and Spock fighting to the death gives you a little tickle of joy in your soul.
