I still think I'm weirded out by the whole time change. Back in my own world, it was a couple weeks after New Year's. Here it's like some weird repeat of my life minus half the people who are important to me.

I didn't really think about it too hard before, but that was really strange. We were getting ready for Summer Koushien back home and then suddenly the next day it's November.

It takes a while. I'm constantly freezing my butt off because it's colder here than where I'm used to living.

Yup. Never been out of the states in my life. I was going to go to Paris once, but stuff came up and I couldn't make the trip.
