This place sure has everything, doesn't it.

Hey now, anyone out there in need of a dashing hero to come to their rescue? Never done zombies before, but it's nice to try new things once in a while. That's my philosophy, anyway. Besides, they're slower than weevils.

Rose? Let me know when you see this.

I thought the human race's survival instinct meant that in the face of Apocalyptic danger they'd all start procreating? Maybe that was just in my world. Though a couple of those scientist were pretty cute. Never underestimate the technogeeks, in my experience underneath that mild-mannered exterior lies a personality to make Anais Nin blush.

Speaking of scientists, who came up with the idea of ripping through the fabric of space-time to bring people here? I think maybe that's the kind of person I'd like to have a little talk with, you know; what makes your dying world so special? And why the hell are you throwing a party over it? That kind of thing. See, people messing around with time and space, with things they don't understand, it makes me a touch angry. When I get angry I tend to kill people a bit, it's a failing.

Still, they always said there are two things that'll survive the end of the world, cockroaches and Torchwood. I've seen the roaches, but I'm still yet to find someone who can direct me to the Swiss branch.

So hi, I'm Captain Jack Harkness and I'm definitely looking forward to meeting you all in person, but in the meantime if you have any information regarding the Torchwood Institute I'd really like to be kept in the loop.
