I apologize for asking here, of all places, as I'm certain it will only devolve into inanity. But the white coat folks don't seem particularly fond of answering this question, and who knows what's common knowledge to you kids. Some of you are inclined to science, or you just ask so many fucking questions that you might know.

My question is this. Is there any progress on this portal bullshit? I refer to the possibility of going home, of course.

I expect nothing, but it never hurts to ask.

Well, I'm trying.

They're supposed to replace my light, I think. That's what Lockon said - that if I break something, they'd bring a new one, so that means they're good for parts, you know?

... They didn't seem that helpful when I said I had to go back home the first time. And I was nice and everything!

Yeah, they are. I mean, I had to give Yunie something, and she's here, but it's all weird and the time's funny, and this... this STINKS.
