You'll also realize that Mr. Tribal's initial question had nothing to do with which places are out of bounds, but a description on how tight the security is. Would you want to risk a security breach that could cost the lives of everyone in this dome? I'd hope you'd want to keep the majority of this dome safe, and as a member of the law enforcement, I'm reminding them of our presence. The public part of the network serves as evidence in a case.

Yeah I think you're misunderstanding me. I know nothing private here is really private but he specified that it's the public stuff that's considered evidence. So I just wondered if that meant "private" parts of the network aren't admissible or something.
