No, nothing like that. Basically, I would set up a ward so that while you were in the john, your buddy over there couldn't enter, no matter how hard he tried. It doesn't have to be hair, though, blood also works. Or clothing.

If I'd wanted to harm you, I think I could've done that already, don't you? Look, it's a fairly simple spell. By using the two articles, I can set up a protection spell, or a ward, that reacts to him when he tries to enter while you're in the bathroom. All it'll do will be to prevent him from opening the door. That is, unless you want something with a bit more kick.
