Spent an hour in the shower this morning, trying to wash the smell of rotting flesh from my skin and hair. What idiotic impulse led me to go out there on my own I will never know. For now, I guess I'll see if I can do a shift at the hospital. Or perhaps the morgue. I might as well make myself useful now that things have settled down.

Seriously though, "unarmed" was the issue. If you want a few pointers (kickboxing, judo, etc), it's not a problem.
