So maybe... Tanabata wasn't as extravagant as it usually is at home, but it was still a lot of fun! I knew almost everyone who came, and that's the best kind of Tanabata for me! Thanks to everyone who helped and everyone who came! You all really made it a great festival. Yamamoto-san, your chirashi-sushi was really good!

We'll have to plan something better next year! Things were kind of thrown together at the last minute, but that's what made it great, right? I felt a little bad taking off my yukata... I still wanted to wear it. Did you have fun Oneechan?

I've only been here a couple days, but coming in to Tanabata was pretty cool. I like the people I've met. But there's too much shit happening back home.

There was a war where I came from... I left someone very dear to me... So I can't say that I don't know how you feel. I really wanted to make the most of it... and maybe... this is a new door for me. I thought that I could make this place ready when he arrives.

I really liked Tanabata because I got to spend time with the people that I've met here. We're all in the same situation, and we're all waiting for someone to come... Maybe that's what makes it seem like home to me.
